After two years of waiting, so many exciting things are coming soon to Gayl Creative Arts!
Live Chakradance classes – I am thrilled to finally be able to bring Chakradance to my community here in Port Angeles and Sequim. Live classes will start in May, with short demos being offered in April, and will be held at Blue Mountain Yoga in Carlsborg.
Online Chakradance course – Heal Your Life is the first ever online Chakradance course. It is powerful, transformative, and is perfect for those of you not local to my area or who just prefer not to be part of an in-person class. This course will also be available in May.
Inamojo – Inamojo is a movement therapy modality for children aged 5-9. Inamojo nurtures creativity, imagination and self-expression through play whilst addressing all levels of healthy developmental growth. Both live and online options will be available More information about this program to come in May, first courses will probably begin in June.
Life-Cycle Celebrancy – As a Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant specializing in Ceremonies Across the Life-cycle, I am so excited to be able to create and deliver custom, one of a kind, heartfelt and story driven ceremonies to honor the important rites of passage and personal milestones in the lives of my clients.
Guided Meditations – You will be able to access up to 200 personally recorded guided meditations on topics such as addiction, compassion, pain management, sleep, and much on a by donation basis. It will be totally up to you what and if you would like to donate after using the meditations. Meditations will begin to be available in April.
